Fort Wayne's Animal Welfare Coalition:

Working together to save lives.

For over 65 years, the Allen County SPCA has provided a safe haven for pets in need. Every year they place thousands of dogs and cats in forever homes, while also helping Fort Wayne’s pet owners care for and keep their pets.

As Fort Wayne’s only private, non-profit animal shelter, the Allen County SPCA operates without any financial support from the government and fulfills its mission through the generosity of pet-loving individuals, businesses, and grantors in our community who wish to help pets in need.

Fort Wayne Animal Care & Control is a full-access shelter whose mission is to ensure public health and safety through education and law enforcement while saving animals from cruelty & neglect.

They are committed to preventing pet overpopulation and are dedicated in their efforts to reunite lost pets with their owners and to finding safe, loving homes for the unclaimed animals who pass through their doors.

H.O.P.E for Animals strives to eliminate preventable euthanasia of companion animals and community cats by offering High-Quality Low-Cost spay/neuter and wellness services, by supporting rescue, and promoting responsible pet ownership.

As Northeast Indiana’s only high-volume, low-cost spay & neuter clinic, they offer safe, low-cost spay/neuter surgeries for cats and dogs regardless of owner’s income or geographic location.
